About this speaker
Charlotte Ely supervises the State Water Resources Control Board’s conservation team, which will be leading the agency’s efforts to implement SB 606 and AB 1668. From 2006 to 2016, she worked for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s Sustainable Water Infrastructure program, providing technical and financial support to increase water and energy efficiency in water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure. She lives in Sacramento with her husband and two daughters.
