Brian Rowley

Brian Rowley, P.E. is a civil engineer with over 20 years’ experience working on public and private sector projects, with 15 years focused on green stormwater infrastructure. Brian brings this expertise to his role as Senior Transportation Engineer with the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), where his collaborative design approach focuses on integrating practical green stormwater solutions into civil infrastructure projects, to meet the needs of project team members and stakeholders. Lastly, Brian enjoys mentoring young professionals and is a Board Member of Rescape.
